Marker completely re-designed their best-selling helmet, the AMPIRE, with a new hybrid shell, new venting, and MAP technology. Adding MAP provides improved safety in this popular helmet shape. Marker’s360 degree EDGE PROTECTION SYSTEM improves durability, cosmetics, and performance thanks to in-molded sections under the brim and on the bottom of the helmet in the back. Specifically designed for snowsports applications, MAP is MARKER´s signature safety technology, with its special lightweight polymer that’s up to 22% better at dissipating shock than the EPS linings of most helmets. All AMPIRE helmets feature a new venting lever that is integrated into the vent itself to save weight and improve ergonomics.
