In such instances, XMKD.com will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
PAYMENT
All products remain the property of XMKD.com until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase product from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognized before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be given.

LOCAL TAXES
