The Piglet was designed and has been on the trails for over a decade, and still holds up today as a robust trail shredder. Intended as the Blue Pigs little sibling, the Piglet quickly became recognised as a formidable trail beast. Featuring a comfortable geometry, with long chainstays and a slack 65.5˚ headtube. This bike is as good on the climbs as it is on the fast, flowing or technical descents. Praised for its 4130 CrMo steel frame construction, the Piglet is a unique bike and is perfectly suited to riders who love epic rides, long days in the saddle and intense back country trail sessions.

Custom Triple Butted 4130 CrMo Steel Frame

Ragley Piglet Hardtail Bike 2019 features all the amazing trail carving precision and engineering awesomeness that has always been a part of the Piglet design. However, the new Piglet has extras to bring it up to date with modern technology. The frame design includes ISCG 05 tabs, a 44mm headtube and is compatible with internal dropper seatpost cable routing. This frame is made from custom triple butted 4130 CrMo steel and this provides a ride that is durable, strong and compliant to ensure reliability and comfort in any riding scenario.

Shimano Groupset for Control and Stability

Equipped with a Shimano SLX 11-Speed groupset and Shimano M7000 hydraulic disc brakes to make pedalling feel natural and even the steepest climbs a breeze. On the way back down the mountain, these disc brakes ensure control and stability in even the most demanding trails conditions. Rolling on Formula/WTB wheels and WTB tyres for efficiency and cycling satisfaction – this durable combination provides speed and grip on any trail. Ragley have completed this build with a Ragley finishing kit and to make comfort and rider position adjustability even better, it comes with a Brand-X dropper seatpost for on the fly saddle height adjustment. This bike was born to shred trails, and 10 years later it wants to go further and hit bigger features.
