NEW NUKEPROOF 2017 BIKE LINE UP

New Nukeproof 2017 bike line up is here! The 2017 range sees the introduction of the Digger, Nukeproof’s no-limits adventure bike. Developed at the request of their athletes to allow them to train and explore as well as shred their local area.

New Nukeproof Scout 275 and 290 also have new spec models out, taking advantage of the new Sram and Shimano 1×11 systems and the new Yari fork on the 275 and 290 Comp. Nukeproof are also introducing the Scout 275 Sport. With the same Scout Frame and a competitive build its a great introduction to the Nukeproof range. Frame only options will also be available.

The Team model is based on Sam Hill’s EWS winning Mega 275. Designed to be ready to win out the box, it features 170mm Rockshox Lyric up front, new Mavic Deemax Pro wheels and Mavic tires.

The Team also includes the revolutionary Sram 1×12 Eagle drive train. Nukeproof finishing kit is also upgraded to includes our design and innovation award winning 780mm wide Carbon bars and our Vector AM saddle. This bike is ready to win.

The Pro Models are fully murdered out this year in both 275 and 290 options. Again a Rockshox Lyric is upfront, but due to consumer demand Nukeproof now offers the Pro with Shimano’s all-new XT 1×11 drive train and XT brakes. Schwalbe’s Magic Mary helps upfront with an upgraded trail star Nobby Nic keeping the rear under control.  The Pro really is ready to shred any trail.

The Race models get a huge upgrade using Sram’s new NX 1×11 drivetrain and Rockshox’s Yari Forks. With colors and graphics inspired by our trips to Italy the 290 and 275 Race models are born of the same DNA as the Team and Pro builds.

The Mega Comp 275 and 290 are true trail weapons. With the RockShox Pike and Monarch Solo air taking care of damping, the Comp is designed to allow you to push your boundaries, railing berms and trails faster than you thought possible. Available in both 275 and 290 models.

Lastly we introduce the 2017 Pulse.

Lastly, Nukeproof introduces the 2017 Pulse. With geometry updates and improved build specifications the 2017 Pulse is ready to take to the track. Again the Pulse will be available in two guises.

Firstly the Team, a no-nonsense World cup racer, as used by the CRC-Paypal team this year. With podium proven pedigree, the Pulse has helped Elliot Heap top 3rd overall at the Junior Downhill World Cup, Mike Jones to qualifying 1st at the Fort William World Cup and scooped numerous national titles in 2016.

The Comp is designed for the national racer and riders who just love riding downhill. Nukeproof youth Development team raced the Pulse Comp with great success in 2016 and winning national and international races proving it’s competitiveness and speed. With our Custom Hydroformed T6 6061 Aluminium frame and performance spec including Rockshox Boxxers Team and Kage RC, the all-new GX 7 speed Sram drive train, the comp is ready to perform day in and out.
